This Vegan Hibiscus Rose Latte requires only 4 ingredients to make. It makes for a perfect cozy drink to have in the morning or in the evening when you want to wind down.

One of my morning routines is to have a cozy warm drink while I plan for the day. I love waking up early in the morning before the sun rises and enjoy the quietness surrounding me. I love even more the routine, the process of preparing a warm drink whether it be just tea and water itself, a matcha or this Hibiscus Rose Latte. It involves boiling water, steeping the tea and preparing the milk itself. All the intricate details tie together to make a comforting drink for us to enjoy.

It is these tiny mindful moments that I often look back to. You do not need a lot of things to be happy rather the small things and moments that bring you the most joy and one of mine is the early mornings and process of making a warm drink (or cold if it is too hot out).

For this latte, you have the option of adding maple syrup to it to make it a bit sweeter, but it tastes just as good without it. If you are excited to make this Hibiscus Rose Latte, here are the ingredients you will need:
-plant-based milk of choice
-rose petals
-hibiscus leaves (can sub for 1 hibiscus tea bag)
-maple syrup (optional)
-beetroot powder (for color, optional)
