These Vegan Chocolate Truffles are the perfect snacks to have on hand. They require only 7 ingredients to make and are not only vegan, but also gluten-free, oil-free and refined sugar-free.



1 cup vegan chocolate chips
¼ + 1 tsp unsweetened cashew milk (or milk of choice)
3 tbsp maple syrup
⅓ cup unsalted, creamy peanut butter
½ cup pecans, chopped
½ cup walnuts, chopped
Pinch of salt


  1. Melted the chocolate chips with the milk in the microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Stir the chocolate chips after each interval, scraping on the sides.
  2. Add in maple syrup, peanut butter, and salt. Mix together until well combined. Place in fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine the pecans and walnuts together.
  4. Roll the batter into 1 ½ tbsp balls. Roll into nut mixture. Repeat step. Enjoy!
