This Lemon Tahini Hummus takes minimal time to make and only 7-ingredients! Have it on your toast, as a dip, on your salads, and anything else you want to top it with!
-1 canned chickpea, shelled
-½ cup smooth, runny tahini
-1 ½ tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-⅓ cup water
-2 ½ tbsp lemon juice
-½ tsp cumin spice
-1 garlic clove
-pinch of salt
- Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add more water if you want a thinner consistency.
Top the hummus with fresh herbs, a little drizzle of olive oil, or leave as is. Serve and enjoy!
