Description

This Blue Moon Milk requires only a few ingredients to make and is the perfect comforting drink to have. It is vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.


Ingredients

-2 ¼ cups unsweetened oatmilk (or any other plantbased milk of choice)
-2 tbsp maple syrup (add more maple syrup if you like it sweeter)
-½ tsp maca powder (optional)
-½ tsp butterfly pea powder (or 3-4 tbsp frozen blueberries)
-½ tsp cinnamon
-pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a pot and whisk until well-combined. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the stove and let it cool slightly.
  2. Using a frother, froth the milk. You can also add it to a blender and blend it for a few seconds to get the froth.
  3. Serve while warm!
